Profile: Dr RAJ MBBS, FRACP completed his MBBS in India-1997 and subsequently trained extensively in various tertiary hospitals in India (St John’s medical college hospital-Cardiology) & the United Kingdom. He then moved to Australia in 2006 and joined the Gold Coast Hospital where he completed his Physician training. He became a Fellow of Royal College of Physicians in 2014 after successfully completing his Cardiology training at the Gold Coast Hospital and The Prince Charles Hospital. Dr RAJ is highly competent in managing all Cardiology conditions with extensive experience in Heart failure, Chest pain evaluation, Ischemic heart disease, Atrial fibrillation, Acute coronary syndromes, Ventricular arrhythmias, Echocardiography, Intra-op transoesophageal echocardiography, Stress & Dobutamine stress echocardiography, DEFINITY contrast aided echo studies & diagnostic coronary angiogram. He is a Member of the American Society of Echocardiography. He also provides Exercise stress test services, Holter monitoring, Ambulatory blood pressure monitor reviews and management advice. He has keen interest in primary and secondary prevention and the management of familial lipid disorders. Profile: Dr M Raj MBBS,FRACP ,completed her MBBS in India and subsequently trained extensively in various tertiary hospitals in India and UK. She then moved to Australia in 2006 and joined Gold Coast Hospital where she completed her physician training. She became a fellow of Royal College of Physicians in 2013 after successfully completing her Neurology training in Gold Coast hospital and Royal Brisbane and women’s hospital. She also did a fellowship in movement disorders at Royal Brisbane Hospital.

Dr Raj is very competent in managing all Neurological conditions such as multiple sclerosis, stroke, epilepsy, neuropathy, headache, migraine etc. She has a special interest in movement Disorders-managing Parkinson’s Disease and other Parkinson’s syndromes, dystonia, hemifacial spasm, cervical dystonia and hyperhidrosis.
