Our Extended Care Pathways
We offer home visits through highly experienced Nurse Consultants to ensure adequacy of clinical & functional status, assess medication issues, prompting early detection of change in clinical status thereby ensuring timely Specialist intervention with rapid and open collaboration with the General Practitioner colleague.
Hospital Care
Inpatient care offered at all major private hospitals on the Gold Coast, including Allamanda Private Hospital, Gold Coast Private Hospital, John Flynn Hospital & Pindara Private Hospital. We could also organise patient care in the public system,- Gold Coast University Public Hospital and Robina Public Hospital ensuring uninterrupted continuity of care.
